Co-Innovation Laboratory

The Co-Innovation Laboratory brings together the Microelectronics capabilities of the different UMA research groups, presenting a unified vision to the industry with the aim of amplifying its ability to attract interest in the semiconductor field.

Within the framework of this Laboratory, INNOVA IRV and the UMA (University of Málaga) have been working throughout 2022 on the creation of a Master’s Degree in Microelectronics together with the UMA-INNOVA Co-Innovation group, which will help identify three areas of interest for companies: Analog, Digital, and Photonics.

The Foundation’s creation of Co-Innovation Laboratories across Andalusian universities represents a forward-thinking vision aimed at ensuring the critical mass, alignment, and visibility of research resources.
