Key Responsibilities:

Communication with different stakeholders, including management, marketing and sales teams, to ensure alignment and support.

Overseeing the full product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Managing and mentoring the product development team, fostering collaboration and ensuring efficient workflows.

Identifying and mitigating potential risks or blockers during the development process, ensuring successful and on-time launches.
-
Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Knowledge and Experience:
-
More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor-based product development.
-
Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or a discipline related to semiconductor design.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
-
Knowledge of the ASIC product development lifecycle.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
-
Technical expertise in embedded systems, microcontrollers and wireless communications.
Desirable Knowledge and Experience:
-
PhD in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline focused on semiconductor design.

Experience working in direct contact with customers, effectively managing their needs, issues and requirements.

Knowledge of industry trends to identify business expansion opportunities.

Hands-on experience assessing current and emerging customer needs in combination with the products designed by the organisation.

Experience creating and prioritising features to be implemented based on market needs, user feedback and business objectives.

Monitoring key metrics and analysing user data to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
