Our CEO, Jose Manuel Leceta, participated this week in the EIT Manufacturing Governing Board meeting in Gothenburg, Sweden, as an independent member. EIT Manufacturing is one of the nine Knowledge and Innovation Communities (KICs) promoted by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), and its activities are aligned with the priorities of Innova IRV.
This meeting is a prelude to the European Manufacturing Conference 2024, which will be held in Brussels on September 2024-2025. The conference will address the challenges facing the European industry and society and is jointly organized by EIT Manufacturing, EFRA, and Manufuture.
In addition, the World Manufacturing Forum summit, organized by the World Manufacturing Foundation, will take place in Milan from October 14-15. These events provide an opportunity for industry leaders and policymakers to discuss and collaborate on improving the manufacturing industry globally.
